Goldie is made from silky, tan plush and buckwheat hull and lavender filler. The removable plush cover can be washed. filled with buckwheat and lavender. We recommend using her for cramps, neck and shoulder ache, hand pain, engorged breasts, migraine( frozen) and hot flashes (frozen). You will love her. Similar in effect to the shoulder wrap, it provides warm moist heat therapy for tense or sore neck and especially trapezoid muscles combined with the relaxing and calming effect of lavender. This is a large wrap with the weight strategically located to relax the trapezoid muscles. The muscle group that most often is dramatically effected by stress and poor posture.
