Foot Massages
To pamper dry, post-winter feet by massaging them with a nourishing cream.
Do this just before you go to bed, to allow a moisture-rich, specialist
foot cream to be fully absorbed. Apply it over your ankles, and right up
to the knees.

Massagers
- Hand Held Massage tools that make giving a
professional massage a snap. Give a longer more penetrating massage
without tiring. |
Use large, circular, sweeping movements, starting at the knees and working
right down to the tops of the feet, and then back up again.
Taking each foot in turn, spend a few moments gently massaging the soles of your
feet. Create a little friction, to boost the circulation, by placing your
thumbs horizontally — so that they face each other — a few centimeters apart.
Then, gently push your thumbs together and apart, repeatedly, working across the
whole foot.
Next, use the same technique to massage the tops of the feet gently – including
the toes (starting at the base and working up to the nail).
Follow the friction massage with large, kneading movements on the sole
of each foot. Finally, repeat the long, sweeping movements from the
knees to the tops of the feet.
Don’t: neglect your toenails. It’s a good idea to massage a moisturizing
foot cream into the cuticles of the nails regularly, as this encourages
healthy nail growth.
