Becoming an Independent Representative
You may elect to become a New Millennium Independent Representative (Rep) by
meeting a few simple qualifications.
- First, you must
enroll as a
Rep for New Millennium. The cost to enroll is $99.00 (USD) plus shipping &
handling charges ($9.95 US and $19.95 international) and any applicable tax.
When you enroll you will receive a Starter Pack from the company which shall
include a welcome letter, a six-month supply of Aroma Patch products and other
material to help you with your business. The $99.00 (USD) cost to enroll is
NOT a commissionable transaction and is not included in commission payouts nor
is it included in the Matrix illustration or Revenue Sharing Pools presented
below.
- Upon receipt and verification of your payment you will have access to a
self-replicating website which will be your primary marketing and sales tool.
The company will also keep you informed about important developments via email
and conference calls.
How a Representative Earns Money
As a New Millennium Rep, there are 4 ways to earn money;
- When you personally sponsor a new independent representative you will be
paid a $20.00 (USD) Fast Start Bonus. You will be paid $20.00 (USD) for each
independent representative you personally sponsor.
- You will earn commissions on the purchase of Aroma Patch products by your
customers and personally sponsored representatives.
- You may earn commissions which pay to 7 levels of representatives and
beyond should you qualify.
- You may earn a position in the company's revenue sharing pool.
Maintaining Eligibility For Bonuses, Commissions and
Revenue Sharing
In order to be eligible to receive the Bonuses, Commissions and possibly a
position in the company's revenue sharing pool (generated by you and your
downline organization), you must meet every requirement for the position you
hold with New Millennium.
- You must comply with all the terms of New Millennium's website use policy.
- You must comply with all the terms of New Millenniums Independent
Representative Agreement.
- New Millennium strictly enforces its Anti-Spam policy. Any violation of
this policy is grounds for your immediate termination.
- You must purchase your Starter Pack for $99.00 (USD) (plus shipping and
applicable taxes).
- You must purchase or distribute/sell through your self-replicating website
or other means the company may establish a minimum of $29.95 (USD) per month
of Aroma Patch products.
- You must comply with all the ethical rules and regulations of building
your business established by New Millennium Concepts, Ltd., and you must
comply with all the ethical rules established by the Direct Seller's
Association.
- You must comply with all local, state, federal, province and/or country
laws and ordinances regarding the operation of your business and the
representation of New Millennium's products and services.
How The Compensation Plan Works
The following is a description of how New Millennium's compensation plan
works. All monetary figures are expressed in US Dollars. Remember, you MUST
maintain your eligibility to be paid. The illustrations below are an example of
what may be achieved by you however it is not a guarantee that you will achieve
such success. To succeed at the New Millennium opportunity you must:
- Work Hard.
- Continue To Sponsor.
- Fairly and properly represent the company and the products and services
offered by the company.
- There are NO short cuts to success. Consistent and persistent action is
the only path to success in your business.
The following is an illustration of how New
Millennium's Compensation plan may work for you:
Personal Sponsoring:
You will be paid a $20.00 Fast Start Bonus for each person you personally
sponsor. Fast Start Bonuses will be paid weekly via a debit card direct deposit
system. You will be responsible for the fee to activate the card.
Example: If you personally sponsor 2 new independent
representatives this week, you will earn $40.00 less any fees to process your
payment. Your $40.00 (less any fees to process your payment) will be credited to
your debit card during the weekly payment cycle. Therefore it could take up to 7
days (plus set aside days for Holidays) for you to get paid for Fast Start
Bonuses.
Commissions From Your 3 x 7 Matrix(es).
The following illustration is based on $15.00 of Business Volume (BV) being
allocated from each retail sale of $29.95 to the matrix payout. In reality, the
Business Volume allocated to the Matrix may vary from product to product as new
products are marketed by the company. This illustration assumes a retail price
of $29.95 for a box of Aroma Dietary Management Patches with a BV of $15.00.
- Level 1 - 3 Independent Reps x $15.00 BV x 3% = Your Commission $1.35
- Level 2 - 9 Independent Reps x $15.00 BV x 6% = Your Commission $8.10
- Level 3 - 27 Independent Reps x $15.00 BV x 9% = Your Commission $36.45
- Level 4 - 81 Independent Reps x $15.00 BV x 12% = Your Commission $145.80
- Level 5 - 243 Independent Reps x $15.00 BV x 15% = Your Commission $546.75
- Level 6 - 729 Independent Reps x $15.00 BV x 20% = Your Commission
$2,187.00
- Level 7 - 2187 Independent Reps x $15.00 BV x 30% = Your Commission
$9,841.50
The illustration above shows a "full matrix," indicating that every position
on the 7 level matrix is occupied by an active Independent Representative who is
creating at least one monthly retail sale for $29.95 or a BV of $15.00 per
month. The above illustration shows how the 3 x 7 Matrix portion of New
Millennium Concepts Compensation Plan works and is not intended to state or
infer what a Representative can, may or will earn. No average or typical
downline Representative organization or periodic income has been established for
New Millennium Concepts Representatives. Commissions from your 3 x 7 Matrix(es)
will be paid monthly.
Creating and building multiple matrixes is possible. Once you have completed
a full 3 x 7 matrix, you may begin to build another one.
Commissions From Your Personal Sales
You will earn a commission of 10% on the customer sales generated through
your personal website. These sales are considered to be "Personal Sales." $29.95
of the monthly purchases you personally make each month are credited and
commissioned to your sponsor. You will have the opportunity to purchase products
"in bulk" and receive a discount for doing so. The discounts will be posted on
your website. You may then retail the products to customers or use them as
samples to assist you in building your business.
Revenue Sharing Pool
You may qualify to share in a pool of money set aside by New Millennium to
reward independent representatives for succeeding in the growth and development
of their businesses. On a monthly basis, New Millennium will set aside and pay
as a bonus a percentage of its gross revenues from the sale of Aroma Patch
Products. In order to qualify to participate in this revenue sharing pool you
must:
- Meet all the eligibility requirements for maintaining your status as an
active Independent Representative for New Millennium Concepts, Ltd.
- Complete a full 3 x 7 Matrix that generates in excess of $100,000.00 in
retail sales volume within a commission month.
If you complete the requirements listed above, you will share in a revenue
sharing pool equal to 1% of the monthly gross retail sales received by New
Millennium from the sale of Aroma Patch products that month. You will share in
the "1%" pool equally with all other Independent Representatives who qualified
that month.
Should you complete a second full 3 x 7 Matrix that generates in excess of
$100,000.00 in retail sales volume within a commission month you will share in a
second revenue sharing pool equal to an additional 1% of the monthly gross
retail sales received by New Millennium from the sale of Aroma Patch products
that month. You will share in the additional 1% pool equally with all other
Independent Representatives who qualified that month.
Should you complete a third full 3 x 7 Matrix that generates in excess of
$100,000.00 in retail sales volume within a commission month you will share in a
third revenue sharing pool equal to an additional 1 % of the monthly gross
retail sales received by New Millennium from the sale of Aroma Patch products
that month. You will share in the additional 1 % pool equally with all other
Independent Representatives who qualified that month.
Revenue Sharing participation is capped at 3 fully completed 3 x 7 Matrixes.
Promotion Levels & Special Recognition
As an Independent Representative for New Millennium Concepts, Ltd., you can
qualify for special recognition as your business grows!
When you join the New Millennium Team your official position is:
Independent Representative
When you complete the first 3 levels of your first matrix you will be
promoted to the position of:
Director
When you complete the first 5 levels of your first matrix you will be
promoted to the position of:
Executive Director
When you complete all 7 levels of your first matrix you will be promoted to
the position of:
Senior Director
When you complete all 7 levels of two full matrixes you will be promoted to
the position of:
Executive Senior Director
When you complete all 7 levels of three full matrixes you will be promoted
to the position of:
Ambassador
